All bookings are subject to vehicle availability and are confirmed only after receiving the required advance payment and confirmation from our team.

2. Advance Payment

A non-refundable advance payment may be required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid before or at the commencement of the service unless otherwise agreed.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled service may be eligible for a partial refund.

Cancellations made within 7 days of the booking date may not qualify for a refund.

Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment method used.

4. Changes to Bookings

Requests for date, time, or vehicle changes are subject to availability. Additional charges may apply depending on the nature of the modification.

5. Vehicle Allocation

While we make every effort to provide the selected vehicle, we reserve the right to substitute it with a similar or higher-category vehicle in case of unforeseen circumstances.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate booking information, including pickup location, event details, and contact information. Any delays caused by incorrect information may result in additional charges.

7. Delays & Waiting Time

A complimentary waiting period may be provided. Additional waiting time beyond the agreed schedule may incur extra charges.

8. Damage & Misuse

Customers are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle due to negligence, misconduct, or misuse during the rental period.

9. Force Majeure

We shall not be held liable for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our control, including weather conditions, road closures, accidents, or government restrictions.
